Attorney Profile

Peter joined Kraayeveld Law Offices in August 2007, after having served volunteer clerkships with two Kent County Circuit Court judges and with the City of Grand Rapids Attorney's Office. His practice is broad and divided evenly between litigation and transactional work. He also teaches business law at Grand Valley State University at both graduate and undergraduate levels. An avid lover of music, Peter is a member of the Schubert Men's Choir.

Peter is keenly aware of the importance of developing and cultivating a connection with his clients because effective advocacy requires interpersonal understanding and mutuality of purpose. On this premise, Peter views his role as a legal counselor to be a critical aspect of his profession.
